my first stand mixer
so far i made a lot of bread dough for donuts, wraps, naans, buns, bread etc and it all turned out beautifully. I absolute love the inbuilt scale and warming function. i can throw all the cold ingredients in there and it will heat it up for me. the heat function also works very well on proofing dough. the built quality is indestructible. very strong steel. the bowl is a bit too big for small jobs, but i did buy it because of the larger capacity. so i can't have it both ways. LOL. easy to clean in dish washer too, no hidden bits
Great mixer with fantastic design features.
Making bread and cakes was a breeze. Even made butter from leftover cream. Solid piece of equipment.

Very happy with my new mixer, my pizza dough has never been more softer and consistent, the pre dough mix and heat bowl prover is the best.
