Our Products
So how does Home Clearance work? Sometimes our retail partners' appliances get small scratches or dents in the warehouse, get returned by customers because they don't fit their spaces, or are simply superseded by newer models. Rather than letting these appliances, which are in perfect working order, go to waste, we re-home them at seriously reduced prices.
Every product on our site clearly shows which of the following categories it falls into, so you always know exactly what you're getting.
Cosmetic Imperfection
These appliances have minor scratches, scuffs or dents - but if they're going to sit in tight cavities anyway, these minor imperfections may not even be visible.
New Condition
These have been removed from their original packaging, but are in perfect condition. No scratches, no marks - just missing a box that you'd throw away anyway.
Runout
A new, unopened product in its original box, just discounted because it's end-of-line, runout or surplus stock. All the quality of regular appliance shopping, with a smaller price tag.
What about warranty?
Every product we sell comes with a manufacturer's warranty. In some cases, this is the full length warranty you'd receive if you purchased from a regular retailer, while in others, the length of cover may vary. The warranty duration is clearly displayed on each product listing. If something goes wrong, you can call us or submit a Service Call Request , and we'll work with you to solve the problem.
Our FREE Legendary Delivery service
We provide the same FREE legendary delivery service you may have previously experienced with our fellow Winning Group brands, Appliances Online and Winnings .
Our friendly drivers deliver your appliance, not just to your door but to the room you need it in, and will take any packaging away for recycling. If you've disconnected the old appliance you're replacing, we can take that away for safe recycling too. All of this, for free.
