I give this overall 4 stars but it’s probably more because of the lifestyle benefits it offers me and the family over its dishwashing quality. I was (am) quite perturbed the inside is all plastic. Had I seen it in a shop and not made a rash online purchase, that would have turned me off. Dishes get clean but the cycles are long. The kick board is also a flimsy piece of plastic that we still have been able to successfully attach to under the bottom drawer. Upsides. We mainly use the top drawer which is so nice because we are not bending down all the time. I also fill it up and turn it on much more regularly, knowing that I can just start stacking the next round of dirty dishes while the other drawer is in use. Those two features really redeem this dishwasher.

Very happy with purchase. Dishes definitely cleaner and washer is so much easier to load and unpack. Great price compared to other stores and prompt delivery to. Very happy.

The entire experience of replacing my dish drawer recently was 100% satisfactory. I ordered the Fisher & Paykel dish drawer at 6pm to replace a very old one that had run out of steam. The new machine was delivered at 2.30pm the next day, and the old one removed by the 2 strong delivery guys. Excellent service. The new dish drawer was installed a few days later and is fantastic (and shows just how worn out the old machine was). I love this machine and highly recommend it.
