Purchased frig 11/02/26 & the water/ice did not work. Rang customer service, a tech will be out on 04/03/26. 3 weeks wait. He found a bad connection in the electrical box. Quality control in the hands of the consumer. Not all that happy.

Large capacity fridge, neat water dispenser that doesn't sacrifice fridge space on the inside of the door adjacent to the dispenser like our previous Smeg fridge and many other models, good freezer with drawers. Lovely LED lighting across entire back panel of fridge. Downsides (which aren't that bad): some drawers require both right and left doors of the fridge to be opened at same time for access; the fridge constantly collects unsightly fingerprint marks which means you have to keep wiping door to prevent it looking dirty.

Am so happy that we we choose this fridge, it is awesome, with our old fridge the ice maker and water dispenser took up so much room, this one they take no fridge space away, the inside is massive, the vegetable crispers are great and the veggies seem to be lasting longer. Love the bottom draw for all the cold meats and cheeses, butter's etc. The shelves in the door are not adjustable which is a shame. The freezer compartment is great having all draws makes it so easy and allowing different temperatures is awesome, the colour of the fridge is gorgeous, love how the handles have been hidden in the doors instead of sticking out , I would highly recommend this fridge.
