Bought 2nd one
I have had used this vacuum for almost 5 years and the cord broken due to my heavy duty cleaning task, it’s amazing that this vacuum cleaner can last that long time without any quality issues, that is the reason I buy it again without looking any others.
Failed after 2 weeks, slow warranty response
We had a previous Nilfisk model that lasted 20 years, this one 2 weeks. SPent an hour on hold on their warranty line with no luck, called the main line and was told Appliances online needs to book the warranty with Nilfisk. They did, and now I have been told it can be 14 days to even get a call from Nilfisk. Feels like this fiasco is going to go on for months so have borrowed a vac from the neighbour and investigating buying another brand.
