Great professionnal vacuum
I had to change the vacuum head for professional use, and unfortunately the folding/locking mechanism on the vacuum stick broke while vacuuming carpet.
That said, the vacuum still deserves 5 stars. I’m genuinely impressed by the suction power, comfort in use, and overall performance. It looks and feels premium, and for the price it’s an excellent investment.
I was happy enough with it to order a second unit, and I’d also like to highlight the excellent delivery and customer support from Appliances Online, who were very quick to organise a replacement vacuum stick.
Love it!
I love how light the vacuum is to manoeuvre, and the brushes and crevice tool so easy to access. But the big winner for me is the manual cord winder, no more shins getting whipped by the auto retracting cord!!
