Amazing washing machine + service
Amazing service! I booked installation twice and both times were arranged very promptly. Fast, efficient, and stress-free. Highly recommend.
Quality LG product.
Hot cycles too long, only use cold with cold water detergent.
LG's worst product?
Requested delivery, install and removal. Delivery agent claimed not advised, installed it and after encouragement took the old one. Device was not levelled. Despite many "succesful" attempts to level the unit it conitued to walk the laundry shaking itself to death, cabinet of device damaged in what we can only assume was a suicide attempt. Logged a service call with Appliances Online, 10 days ago, zero response to date. We want it gone and a better unit, never had an issue or Appliances Online prior to this disaster.
