Cooks like a dream!
we recently purchased this amaing oven and I'm loving it. Just one thing we use LPG not natural gas and the conversion injectors for the gas stovetop did not come packed with the oven so that was a little annoying but after a few phone calls it was all sorted.
New Ilve duel fuel stove
This ilve replaced our 18 year old stove which had a rodent faciltated gross electrical failure. Having now cooked a number of meals the biggest difference and not yet an issue, is that the oven doesn't seem to get to the same level of heat in terms of temperature and time. This just might be a different thermostat and heating process but i have roasted three items and had to crank the temp up to the max to get the roast cooking? The gas burners are great.
