Terrible Service!!!
I bought a gas cooktop and also paid for the Appliances Online assembly service. They said the plumber would come this Tuesday, so I took the day off, but they didn't show up. They apologized and said someone would come today. Today, I called them in the morning and left a message, but they didn't get back to us. They only answered my call after I tried over ten times, and said that the person who arranged the plumber made a mistake and the plumber will come tomorrow!!!!!!!

Cooktop made from thinnest material I would expected better quailty
Poor design
Very disappointed with this new design.True it is brilliant when using wok and a large saucepan but unable because of the design use the other two burners due to lack of room. Easy to burn your arms trying to get to the back burner when others are on. So disappointed with the overall design .
