Makes a good cup
Makes a great cup of coffee, makes a better one when you buy an aftermarket bottomless portafilter and a puck screen makes cleanup easier. The milk steamer sounds like a jet engine, but does the job and love that it's insulated, so cleanup is a breeze there. You have to keep dialling in the grind, but that's for every machine and very much dependent on the beans. I'm annoyed about two things - the hopper is not removable for a proper cleaning, and you can't get two coffees at once... you can get a double shot of beans but not double the water... you have to add it after and thus you can't use two cups because the water dispenser is to one side - unless I'm missing something? Anyway, I have changed to the bottmless portafilter, (partially because the one that comes with has plastic in the bottom - yuck), and just put it on the 'coffee' setting into a metal jug and add a tiny bit more hot water to get two cappuccino's at once. The jug that comes with is too small so I dispense coffee into that and bought a 600ml jug for frothing. It gives an excellent crema, and altogether a great machine for reasonable price - especially as it has stainless steel boilers, not plastic.
Great coffee machine
Great machine, easy to use . Not noisy and very quick. Very handy having the grinder and tamper included. This means very little or nill coffee grinds to clean up. Nice and tidy. Looks great as well.
