An absolute lemon
I purchased the above fridge, delivered mid December 2025. 6 weeks later, there was no coolness in the fridge part, and the freezer was at fridge temperature. After waiting 10 days for the new part to arrive and be put in the fridge, 7 days later, exactly the same part failed yet again. The fridge was in an Airbnb so it did not do me any favours. The Chiq consultant, Valerie who I dealt with, was fantastic when it happened the second time around. She immediately refunded all the money I had paid for it. I have heard other people who bought Chiq products rave about how good they are, but unfortunately, mine wasn't the same story.
Good price and great fridge for small family
I bought it for my studio and it’s been amazing. The best feature is how quiet it is — almost no noise at all! The cooling system works great and it’s energy efficient
