Reliable and efficient
The descriptions and efficiency are as accurate as it can be. For me, I just noticed that the drum is a little bit small for my liking compared to our previous washing machine of the same capacity supposedly with the same capacity. I find that I can only fit a few clothes and it already reached the mark for the maximum capacity. Other than that, it's as good as it gets especially with the app.
Electrolux 7 kg front load washer
Happy with the product and it does all I want. Easy to use and program.
Failed after 3 months of use
Started failing after 3 months of use. First contact with Customer Support at Beko was underwhelming with them playing a recording that I accept a callout fee ("$150 or more" - I guess it could be $10,000 as well since "more" is undefined") if it's not a manufacturer defect...how is anybody supposed to troubleshoot (check filters is what they said)...when it just displays a message saying "Error" and shutting down??
Stay away and just go with more recognised brands. Appliances Online should stop stocking Beko...The first delivery actually failed because one of the leg stands was missing...so they had to get another machine delivered the next day...so you can understand the kind of quality control Beko does before shipping its products
If you still want to buy this product, I wish you all the best! (For context my previous Samsung machine lasted for well over 5 years before filters started clogging and had to be cleaned etc.)
