FREE Delivery
Yes, you read that right - FREE delivery is available, Monday to Friday, to most Australian metro areas, as well as selected regional areas. Just enter your postcode on any product page to check if you're on one of our many delivery routes.
More than just free delivery
Free is just the start. For large and bulky items, here's what you can expect when we deliver:
- A friendly face at your door - we'll treat your home with care
- We'll bring the appliance in, unbox it, position it where you'd like it, and take any packaging away for recycling
- Free connection for fridges, washing machines, dryers (non wall-mounted), TVs and benchtop microwaves
- Free removal and recycling of your old appliance. Just make sure it's been safely disconnected from any power, gas or water supply before we arrive, and we'll take it from there.
Choosing a delivery date
Our FREE Delivery service is available on weekdays. Simply pick an available delivery date that suits you during checkout. If for any reason we can't deliver on that date, we'll be in touch to arrange an alternative as soon as possible.
Knowing when we'll arrive
No need to sit around wondering where we are. On the morning of your delivery, your driver will send you a text with a 2-hour delivery window and a live tracking link so you can follow their progress in real time. They'll also give you a heads-up when they're about 30 minutes away.
Professional installation
For appliances that need a little more than a standard connection - think dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, rangehoods and wall-mounted dryers - our professional Winning Services installation team can take care of it for an additional fee. Just call us on 1300 002 500 to add installation to your order.
Free Removal & Recycling
Yes, if you have no need for that old product we'll happily take it off your hands. Not because we plan on taking it and reselling it, but because we're just awesome people and would rather see it recycled safely. Just make sure the old appliance is disconnected from any power, gas or water supply, and our drivers will take it away (excludes mattresses).
