Best addition to a basic knife set
I don't believe you can go wrong with the Wusthof Classic knives and these ones did not disappoint. I love the santoku knife for chopping all my vegetables. Previously I've been using the chef knife and you can tell the difference as it just glides right through and nothing sticks to the blade.
The pairing knife is ok. I find it a little small to hold and revert to the santoku knife when finely chopping items like garlic and ginger. Overall a good bundle and price when on sale
