Best knife best price
This knife is the best knife I've ever owned! It's well balanced, German made from forged steel. It's easy to keep sharp, and it is very sharp, with a few runs with a honing rod. Haven't needed to sharpen it yet. It does come with complimentary sharpening service (just need to pay for postage) and a lifetime warranty. It has a full yang and white handle that doesn't feel cheap and has a good grip.
The white I think is a nice touch and certainly a nit diffetent but still nice. I was a bit worried about possible staining from veggies etc but having used it I don't think that's an issue.
The price was the cheapest I could find by far and delivery was prompt and well communicated. Very Happy!
