Rare appliance to get and pretty pricey too. Very happy with customer service and support from appliance on line team.
faulty product
Delivery was fast as usual but the stove was faulty and has still not been rectified by Westinghouse. Poor service by them . The oven cant be used
Westinghouse Elevated Electric Oven.
1} In replacing the griller tray I had difficulty in doing so as the side rack had fallen out. The technician in reinstalling it had to use a torch to see clearly. He advised. He advised us to in future to sit on a chair with a torch to install the racks if they drop off which can happen when you attempt to place the griller tray to the side racks.As we use the griller quite often, it has become very frustrating to re- install.
2} When the hot plates are turned on, the surrounding sides become very hot which means the insulation around the hot plates are poor. You can get burnt if you are not prepared to avoid it.
3} Overall I am not happy with the quality of the product & await your response.
