Product still not installed
The product was delivered to my house over 1 week ago. The installer realised the space was incorrect for installation and said he would organise the carpenter to come. I have heard nothing since. I have a rangehood sitting in a box in my hallway waiting to be installed. I emailed the company to see what is going on and just yesterday received an email saying I should have a quote for the carpentry work. I don't have anything so I'm quite frustrated that this job has not been carried out as it should. I'm hoping this can be rectified quickly because the rangehood is sitting in my house in a box but it is not of any use to me uninstalled!!!!
