Good but not quite great
Overall we're fairly happy with this but there are a few things that could be improved.
The good:
Whisper quiet operation.
Air fryer is good but be aware you need to set the temp about 20 degrees higher than what you'd be used to in a standard air fryer from our experience anyway.
Looks great.
Best price for an electric 90cm. Very few options under $4k on the market.
The not so good:
Oven seal turned up ripped off in a corner. I fixed it but not sure how long the fix will last.
Stovetop cookers take a fair while to warm up frypans etc. About triple the time of our old blanco induction.
Overall for the price compared to other limited options its still a good purchase.
Be aware that it pulls max 54 amps, although unless you plan on using literally everything at the same time it should never get to that level. Regardless, it needs its own circuit and hard wiring by an electrician so probably upwards of $400 depending on your current set up.
Excellent stove
We replaced an ancient gas hob with this unit. Easier to clean with a smooth glass top. Excellent burners with several options of sizing of the five burners. Responsive heat settings. Intuitive controls. Best of all a timer so I never have yo forget something and burn a pan. Not induction because my husband has a pacemaker but boils very quickly. Unit looks sleek in our newly painted kitchen. Quite expensive considering I don’t think it has a pyrolitic oven function but there was little choice in large electric coolers in Melbourne. Took 3 months to arrive. A great purchase however and I would recommend this cooker.
Our new Westinghouse Oven / Stove
At this stage the oven is still sitting in it's box awaiting installation. I am sure that it will exceed our expectations.
It is replacing a gas cooktop / electric oven combo. However, I can say that the staff at Winnings were terrific to deal with and are now all "best Friends".
