Wet and Icy Freezer
My family has been using this model for the past 3 weeks. We had no issues the first two weeks. This week, we discovered the freezer covered with a thin layer of ice. Then, after a few hours, this thin layer of ice will melt. I made sure that the vents were not blocked and the door was closed shut. For a few hours it was ok, then, it started all over again. It will get icy and then the ice will melt and make the items in the freezer melt (I.e. ice cream) or their packaging wet.
