Great iron
The steam and ease of use of this iron is great. Linen garments are crease free in no time. A bit heavier than previous iron but glides well and garments look good in no time.
Immediately broken
Item malfunctioned straight away. Doesnt get warm and leaking water / no steam. A clear dud. (and also the 3rd item from Appliancesonline that requires warranty claim within as many months...)
