Stopped working and getting it fixed is like pulli
I got this 2 months ago, and it's started leaking and takes a minimum of 8 hours to dry anything. When I tried to get assistance through appliances Online, they advised it would take 2 working days to get to TCL, and then 5 days TCL to get back to me. So I contacted TCL directly, who wanted a bunch of pictures, which I sent, then a day after that, they asked for a video, showing it leaking. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me, to tell me if they're actually going to send somebody out to fix what's clearly broken (unless TCL think you should have to run a dryer 3 times for 8 hours straight to dry a load of towels)
