Terrible product
Absolute waist of money. The first one I bought broke while trying to crush ice (which it has a specific setting for).
Appliances online were great and replaced it.
The second one, I was trying to make a frappe (which it has a specific setting for) added ingredients so carefully not to overload it, and it broke again.
Want a refund.
