item was delivered on time, great tracking & updates along the way.The growler was delivered in a thin bag, like a fruit & veggie thin clear plastic bag , no padding no protection, not even sealed & lid is dinted, a 30th birthday present for my son. Item its self is fantastic, my son says beers stays really cold & great to pour from, easy to clean, product itself 100% best buy
