Very disappointing
I had the product delivered to our depot to find the box had already been opened. At a glance the product and accessories looked like they were there. When we went to install the rangehood, the motor was hanging on by one screw and was bent at the back. We had already taken out the damaged unit so had to fix your obviously returned product which was shipped to me. We were very lucky we didn’t have to shut down the community centre and wait for a new one.
