Form over function
This coffee machine looks good but doesn’t work as well as it should. It is difficult to get all the liquid out of the pot because the lid of the machine doesn’t open wide enough and the pot is oddly shaped. The hot plate only stays on for an hour which is not long enough. The function where it will brew 4 cups first and another 4 cups later doesn’t work because the first brew uses all the coffee flavour.
Retro Coffee Machine
The machine is really nice looking, good quality, however the biggest issue is when you lift the lid to pour the water in it does not allow full access to put the water in from the coffee jug (where the ml levels are) so making it restrictive to add all water! This although not the end of the world, but when all that money is spent you'd think the manufacturing approval process would have identified this flaw.
