Quality Smart TV
My first experience purchasing from Appliances Online was fantastic. Their customer service exceeded my expectations, and they honored their price match guarantee, saving me an extra $470. They also accommodated my preferred delivery date. The new TV was delivered within a two-hour window and was handled with care. They even took away my old 32-inch TV, which saved me the hassle of disposing of it myself. Assembling the new TV was straightforward, but lifting and placing it onto the cabinet requires two people, as it is quite heavy for one person. The screen set-up instructions were easy to follow. One feature I appreciate about Samsung Smart TVs is the built-in app store, which makes it simple to find, install, and pin streaming apps to the home screen. The picture and sound quality meet all the expectations I come to expect for a Samsung Smart TV—crisp, clear, vivid, and sharp. Watching content using advanced AV technology is a real delight. Honestly, I can't imagine going to the cinema anymore with the enhanced picture and sound quality I have at home. I have been using this TV for over a month now, and I absolutely love it. My only complaint is with the remote control—the navigation keys are at the top, but my thumb instinctively presses the slim volume bar, which is in the middle. It took me some time to adjust to this layout. Additionally, the volume bar is very sensitive to the slightest touch and often mutes when I’m trying to adjust the volume.

Absolutely love our Samsung 98" Smart TV, it is so easy to use and love it for my sport.
