DISSATISFIED WITH SAMSUNG TV
I have previously had Samsung TVs and NO issues this one has NO ports in the back to connect a Bluetooth TV STREAMER for me to hear he TV directly through my TV and does NOT except my DVD player. I purchased separately a Transmitter & Receiver to connect TV Streamer box to TV and NOW the issues are I listen to the TV via the TV Streamer and NO one else can listen to the TV as it has to be one or the other. I also purchased a HD Video Convertor and was unable to find how to connect the DVD player to the TV. So I tried to go back to the Home on the screen and NO longer can even get a TV channel to watch so TV has not been on for over a week now. When I phoned SAMSUNG didn't seem too concerned re my issues. I have hearing aids and TV streamer which cost $9000 and due to the way, the new Samsung TVs are now built cannot enjoy watching TV. My friend also tried to connect their hearing aids to their 2 TVs to no avail, you cant have a TV speaker or sound bar and have a TV streamer on at the same time. My friend actually bought another SAMSUNG TV just yesterday and has also got the same issues. If my Samsung 2012 -2013 Tv speakers were still in good condition I would be putting that on the wall again to watch it. I don't know if all brands of TV NO longer cater for us hearing impaired wanting to use a TV streamer and enjoy watching TV at the same time as our family and friends, however, SAMSUNG I'm very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER and will no longer buy your bands UNLESS someone can come to my home re set the TV up and programme the hearing aids and DVD player. I had NO issues with the delivery people who installed and tried their best to connect these gadgets to no avail, so my issues is still with SAMGUNG TVs

Amazing
TV is fantastic. Beautiful crisp picture quality and sounds even better with my 5 year old Samsung soundbar. I hesitated about buying 65” as I really thought my 55” was big enough but I’m glad I did, it’s a great screen size in my living room and feels like an immersive experience watching tv on such a great quality screen. Samsung is a winner again. Also Appliances Online 5* for price, service and delivery.
