Double Layer rack
Very pleased with how well this rack works in my airfryer, wanted it mainly for when I fry chicken drumsticks with a seasoned coating, worked really well allowing 3 drumsticks on the bottom and 3 on the top cooked more evenly and allowed the coating to stay on better because they didn't stick together.
Cannot cook fish and chips together. Must use oven
Disappointing. I think problem is not enough space and maybe need more power. Machine is very new. Maybe better with just spring rolls but we do not need double layer for them. Just use the single layer.
Changed the way I cook
This has made life so much easier as I can now stack cook. It is brilliant and fits my Phillips Viva perfectly. Will buy the pan next so I can do potato bakes etc.
