Sadly very unhappy
Unfortunately I purchased this range hood which cost me quite a lot of money thinking I wouldn’t and shouldn’t have any problems.
Unfortunately it took my licensed electrician five hours to installed which cost me $400 as nothing lined up the bolts didn’t fit.
It also makes a noise like a tractor when you turn it on and the exhaust fan doesn’t work properly even when you put it on the highest setting. I have rang appliances on line several times to complain and they said they had emailed you but unfortunately I have had NO response. I am very unhappy with the quality and would like my money refunded otherwise I will have to seek other avenues to get this matter resolved.
