The delivery team identified damage to this product and a replacement was not available due to lack of stock.
Not working
Piece of crap. Stopped working after one month and we are still waiting for a repair. The Hoover repair person is a local repairer with no specific knowledge or access to Hoover parts. They turned up to investigate and sat on the phone looking up the issue on google. This was after we had raised a warranty claim explaining the issue. They didn't even know how to disassemble the unit. The second time they arrived with a set of instructions on what to look for but again arrived with no parts. We have now been waiting for over a month since the initial repair and have no information on when the unit will be fixed. At the very least we would expect AO to retrieve the machine and return our money so that we can purchase a new machine.
Horrendous service - do not buy from Appliances
My dryer arrived and did not work from the moment it arrived and got installed - I had to turn it off during first use. When I contacted Appliances Online, all I have had is a complete run around and we are now 4 weeks after purchase and I still haven't had anyone come to look at it and I still haven't been able to use it. If things go wrong at Appliances Online, don't expect them to do much about it, and certainly nothing would be getting done unless I continually followed up, which I don't have time to do.
