Good & bad
Unfortunately our TV took a long time for delivery , we were given several
delivery dates after having to make our own enquiries. You didn’t advise us of change of days or keep us updated which was disappointing.
The 2 fellows who installed our TV did an amazing job, very professional & helpful.
Good (cheaper) option
The positives first, very easy set up and the remote is superior to major brands.
The picture quality isn’t as good as my Samsung or the old LG it replaced. In retrospect I wish I had paid more and gone with a Samsung. However you pay for what you get. The Hisense was substantially cheaper. Out of 5 I’d give it 3.5. It does come with a 3 year warranty so that’s a bonus.

This is a great TV, the picture and sound are surprisingly good. The price is affordable. The remote control is very easy to navigate. I'm really happy with my purchase 😀
