Died just after warranty
Bought this chest freezer in May 2022 - had no problems whatsoever (did what i bought it to do) until one day just stopped working (7 months after warranty expired). Call out fee for a Technician is $220, which is about half the price of the unit itself before knowing if it's fixable or not! Had hoped to get at least 5 years out of it.
Fabulous
Great freezer so far, big and roomy, no problems setting. Easy to use. The basket inside is only small. A+ for product, A++ for customer service and delivery. Love Appliances Online

The item was NOT taken and was sent back with driver of delivery van because of damage and we had to wait for a refund as there was no more in the country.
