Worst TV ever - do not buy!
I bought a Hisense TV for my adult child for Christmas. It worked fine for a few months and then would only show a black screen. I contacted Hisense to have it repaired under warranty. I waited nore than a month to have it repaired. Within 2 weeks it broke again. I once again contacted Hisense to have it repaired under warranty. After waiting more than a month again and hearing nothing, I asked for a replacement or a refund. They said they were,"happy with the repair ticket" as it was. At this time I'd had the TV for 10 months and had spent more than 2 months waiting for repairs. I spent another month trying to get Hisense customer service to help me, but in the end I reported them to consumer protection to get a refund. These TVs are cheap because they are poor quality and not guaranteed to work. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favour and buy a different brand.
Early days but good so far.
Replacement TV for short term rental unit which i use for 3 months a year. There were a few concerns about delivery not being during business hours of reception for the rental management. Turned out to be a non issue as appliances online easily met my request for delivery window hours. TV performs well & is easy to operate.
Awesome TV
Amazing customer service all around, quick and friendly. SO easy to deal with. Delivery went smoothly as well. No issues whatsoever, very happy with my TV.
