Faults From Day One and Slow Warranty Suppor
Straight out of the box, the oven trays wouldn't slide properly because the internal liner had buckled, causing the trays to catch on the sides. To make matters worse, the advertised Wi-Fi functionality never worked, the oven couldn't be discovered in the app despite multiple attempts.
The user experience is also frustrating. Fan-forced cooking isn't the default mode, so every time you want to quickly turn the oven on and cook, you're forced to click through other cooking functions first. It's a small annoyance that becomes surprisingly irritating when repeated daily.
The final disappointment has been the manufacturer's after-sales support. The replacement process has been painfully slow, turning what should have been a straightforward warranty issue into an ongoing headache.
A good-looking, spacious oven let down by poor quality control, unreliable smart features, questionable interface design, and sluggish customer service.
