One of the best washing machine from China
We bought this Haier after the another Haier died after solid 12 years service. Honestly, it may just need to do a service or change the belt, but we decide to try the newer model when the good deal comes.
Would recommend to mates at any time.
Wash modes locked behind poorly designed app
Clothes came out damp first couple of washes but seems to have sorted itself out. Main down side is having washing modes locked behind an app. By using the app it forces you to activate remote control which the process itself is not explained in the user manual or app properly. This alsl results in the machine not switching off itself after a wash. Tried speaking to haier customer support- not much they can do about it. We don't need an app for everything, esp when it is poorly designed.
