Used less than 10 times and already E21 error
New, barely used, and have a E21 error message. Have cleaned the filters, no kinks in pipes- and because of the error, unable to retrieve clothes. Would have atleast expected to get a dozen washes before this useless thing breaks.
Before error, lack of control over dryer heat. No manual to operate and not intuitive. Press a button and hope the machine doesn't ruin your fabric in either of its preset washing or drying modes..

Easy to use washing machine
Very easy and simple to use, no issues when operating, simple as turning the machine to the mode where it searches how large your load is and determines the time and cycle required.
