Double oven pyroltic
Oven has been great, except a couple of times a F908, fault comes up saying system failure.
A worthy investment!
Great service from the team in store at Osborne Park, and on email afterwards, which is what ultimately got me over the line with selecting this product. Delivery and installation went well, and the usability of the product is top-notch. We used the roast chicken auto function and it cooked the best chicken our household has ever had. Thank you for making my life easier!!
Disappointment with Electrolux
I am very happy with the service provided by Winning. Not so much the product or Electrolux. At delivery, the installers found that there was damage to the inside back wall of the oven and a replacement part was ordered and delivered. When that part was being installed the installer examined the oven more closely and found there were a number of other points of damage to both the upper and lower ovens. A report and photos were sent to Electrolux by ithe nstallers and advising that the oven should be completely replaced due to extent of damage. We have also followed up with them with several phone calls. That was yesterday and we have yet to receive acknowledgement that our email has been received and any action taken. We are very disappointed with the fact that this oven was so damaged even before it left the factory and we are stuck without an oven that is very faulty having paid for it and the installation. Not a great advertisement for Electrolux at all...!
