Gadget for computer people only
appliances on line never got back to me when I asked for assistance because it would not work with my wi fi and I wanted to change the product. If you are not tech savvy ....forget it.. Router apparently has be able to connect 2.4 ghz which I do not have....not easy to connect if you don't have split wi fi access .... had to go to my next door neighbour to be able to connect to my phone but when home again only works manually but not with phone because of access.. cleaning is ok but needs to be emptied regularly during cleaning and if you are not minimalist gets stuck on thicker rugs. tried using the mops but they only last a couple of minutes .... pointless really if you need to mop. Definitely not worth the money spent.

If u have knee issues this item helps a lot this machine vac better then a lot other ones I’ll give it 5/5stars all the way
