The coloured enamel is also applied manually, and all pieces are moulded to optimal gauge to ensure unrivalled heat distribution and retention. The weight of the lid will provide the perfect seal, with the added benefit of internal self-basting rings to promote the reabsorption. The French Oven is suitable for all heat sources, whether that’s a bed of coal or a ceramic induction cooktop. It is also oven-safe up to 220°C.

Rust
Rust is coming through the inside base. I havent don anything about it but its been at least 3 years noe Ive owned it. I am dissapointed as i thought it was a supier product. Is it covered by warranty I'm not sure.
Chassuer never disappoints
So happy to invest in this quality piece of cookware. It takes your cooking to another level. It is the only pot I will cook risotto in. It looks beautiful sitting permanently on my cook top. Couldn’t be happier with the price too - managed to get it at a very reduced price, guess my timing was lucky.
