An excellent investment!
I'm fortunate to have a few Le Creuset and Staub cast iron pots in my cookware collection but almost no stainless steel. Decided to add this stock pot and am glad I did. It is a solid, fairly heavy, well-made piece with good depth to reduce splatter and mess. Nothing stuck to the base which conducted heat well. Bought the Chasseuer 30cm frypan too. All good!
