Breville The Fast Go Slow Multicooker
Very happy with this product especially the stainless-steel cooking bowl. Still learning how to use but have had great success with soups, rice, risotto, lentils, beans and vegetables with pasta. Saute and steam function work very well. Previous manual pressure cooker would burn the food occasionally, the Breville doesn't even come close.

I replace my old fast slow cooker with this model. So far I’m very happy with the results the recipe for the chicken and mushroom risotto works a treat. I have only used the Sous Vide once so far for a pork shoulder. I bought a ready pre marinated piece of meat and cooked it in its vacuum sealed bag direct from store. It was delicious I wished there were some more hints on using this as I’m new to this style of cooking, I will certainly try it again. I have used the pressure cooker several times and found this superior to the older model as it has different steam releases. I’m planning on slow cooking a beef brisket for dinner tonight. So far I have found the stainless steel bowl much easier to clean. I can see myself using this more and more .i have only had it a couple of weeks. Worth the up grade
Excellent multicooker
Purchased this as a replacement for our old Breville Multicooker, which gave up the ghost after many years of sterling service. Took a little while to get used to the very different controls, but all good now. Very happy with its build quality and performance to date.
