Bosch Unlimited 7.
Very happy with this vacuum cleaner. It has very good suction & is easily converted from floor to hand use. The long flexible clevis attachment & the hinged main suction tube allows access to most awkward areas. The power provisions are exceptional with an additional battery being provided as well as the novel option of running on mains power using the wall-ply provided. Altogether, a very useful & clever package.
Underwhelmed
This vac, while sturdy, disappoints. The flexible head is bulky which limits access; lights are a plus; battery charge on auto lasts less than 15 minutes & recharge takes 60 minutes -not ideal; suction is effective; long nozzle attachment is too floppy; the length of the vacuum tube is a little too short for my height (172 cms)
Bosch - great at first
Just under 12 months since I purchased. I loved this vacuum for my smaller unit. It worked well on carpet, but I could never get it to work properly on tiles - just didn't seem to pick up. It is less than 12 months old, and suddenly it's stopped charging. I've been trying to find out if it's standard to have to replace battery within 12 months, or if it needs a service (I've never had to have a vacuum serviced before.
