Love pizza? This is a must!
I've had an electric pizza oven before so I know how well a pizza stone can cook a crispy crust pizza. I was not disappointed with this purchase. The pizzas come out with a crispy crust and the toppings are cooked to perfection. The paddle is essential. Highly recommend to all pizza lovers!
Waste of money
I've been using various pizza stones for years and then discovered that Bosch makes one, happily purchased it and went off to make pizzas the following weekend. I read instructions, preheated the stone, baked number of pizzas, all was good. When I was finished baking and oven and the stone cooled down, I went to remove the stone from the oven and it came out in two pieces, the stone cracked and split almost down the middle. I emailed Bosch customer service right away and still waiting on response. That was in August last year.
