Had vacuum delivered worked for 15mins tried to recharge did not recharge ,rang Bissell call centre 4 times in 3 days what a challenge very little response .Rang Appliance Online and response was IMMEDIATE new one delivered next day .New vacuum works quite well
USED ONCE THEN STOPPED
used once ,when used until battery went flat cleaning car and spare room Put in charger and it WOULDNOT WORK AGAIN , Thank god for APPLIANCE ONLINE they replaced it.BISSELL customer service is call centre overseas, very difficult to deal with
