It’s okay for the money
Easy to use, set up and clean. The vacuum does an okay job but nothing like the promo video. I normally vacuum before I steam clean and still have to do this as the pet vacuum will only pick up the odd bit of fluff that I’ve missed with my vacuum. The front casing is a black rubber material and it will leave black marks on skirting boards so cannot get close to the edges. Steam cleaner is good but needs more mop pads as the 2 supplied get dirty quickly. I only have a small unit and have to use both. Fragrance discs are lovely and first one has lasted for 3 cleans already.
Bissell steam cleaner review
Product quality and efficiency are great. I just wish it wouldn't leave watermarks after I clean my tiles, but it is not too bad otherwise. Overall, the product is of high quality.
Disappointing results
The idea of combined vaccine/ mop✔️. Heavy, leaves fluff lines on tiles and wood, pads are not thick, water container needs to be more visible and the grey plastic is hard to see through. I have used it five times now and I regret my purchase.
