Gets all clothes dusty and broke also some garment
Definitely a not to buy. Dust into the drum when drying. Service not ok.
Aurtusi customer service is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
There is not container for the dust to clean regularly for the dryer and it does keep dust inside so it goes to clothes and blankets that is unaceptable as also I have dust allergy. This is a major fault that the only one approved service has not addressed yet even if I have reported and asked for refound a year ago. The machine also makes noises and I had to call service already and nothing was found. Service paid put of pocket as the service that goes with the artusi has a huge delay in booking of 5 more business days when also urgent repairs have to be made like when the washing machine was leaking badly in the studio unit i live in and they advised they were fully booked and were 5 more days wait so unaceptable and I booked my own service that arrived same day very professional and truthworthy and found a sock. The dry mode doesn't advise to place the socks in a bag so it's another major fault of the machine. I placed bags for items when cleaning and not when drying as its different and not advised and its apparently not ok. The customer service did not reimburse yet the 2 services out of pocket I had to apply as they huge unaceptable unprofessional delays in addressing service calls urgent. I explained that It just me and my kiddo and I have an injury so it's a must for us to have working washing machine all the time as it shall. I AM ABOUT TO ADDRESS THUS WITH APPLIANCES ONLINE AND GET FULL REFOUND OF THE MAJOUR FAULT MACHINE AND MAJOUR FAULT SERVICE AS WELL AS REQUIRE THEN TO PAY BACK FOR THE 2 SERVICES CALL OUT THAT HAD TO DO BECAUSE OF MAJOUR FAULT SERVICES.
Disappointing
The washing action works well, but is noisier than my old LG washer. The drying cycles have been frustrating because the full cycle creates a burning smell, and the manual doesn't tell you anything about a low temperature cycle. I am assuming it is the Gentle cycle. The manual is very basic. Still learning my way around the instructions for setting times for the dryer. Other than that, it looks good and appears to be solidly built. Time will tell. The extra warranty available is a plus.
