Black Pearl Piazza Sink
The Black Pearl finish is absolutely beautiful but not very durable. Although advertised as having a harder more durable surface that is scratch resistant, unfortunately the sink scratched two days after being installed just from gently washing a small saucepan. It is necessary to always have the wire grid in the bottom of the sink to avoid scratching but this then spoils the aesthetics.
Sinks with a difference
I chose under mount black pearl sinks for my new kitchen as I did not wish to have the harshness of a traditional stainless sink. The result is just wonderful and is a perfect match with the kitchen colour scheme.
The depth of the bowls is an added bonus.
I have a double sink at one end of the kitchen and a single at my preparation area.
Great quality and a fabulous overall result
