Your company is so well organized that it ask for comment on the wrong product supplied. What a joke or is it just plain outstanding incompetence. Pathetic unfortunately. Contact your complaints depot for evidence of the unfolding nightmare i endured.
hood detail no good
blow fly's end up in range hood because fly,s could enter though hood on roof
and continue straight down flue hence our problem. could be designed way better
Not Happy
I only used the flue and cowling sections of the kit. The supplied flashing was totally inadequate for a raised profile concrete tile.
I subsequently purchased the old reliable lead flashing from a local hardware store, and also their flexi flue tube which seemed better quality than the kit one
