Not high enough from roof surface
Needs a second piece of straight pipe to bring the rain cap up higher. Rain actually bounces up and in through the vent holes.

The china man's cap design needs to be replaced with a dome type cap.
During heavy rain and wind, rain POURS through the ducting, through the rangehood and onto the cooktop and flooding the area.
In our case, brand new induction cooktop and $13,000 kitchen cupboards.
Does the job
Does the job. The included strapping couldn't be used in my case, so I had to get some small metal angle brackets from the hardware store to secure to the roof. These are of course hidden by the rubber seal that goes around the flue and is also fixed to the roof with silicone and Tek screws.
