Disappointed..
We bought this as replacement for our water tap we installed 2 years ago. This is the only filter available on this website when we placed the order. Also the link/ad of this filter was right next to the tap we purchased. It doesn't have the measurement on the description and we could not see if it fits based on the photo provide online. And of course it doesn't fit! When I tried to contact the customer service for refund or exchange, CS said that I didn't contact them before purchase to confirm if it can work with our tap, so it is not refundable or exchangeable. Since when I need to call before placing order online? Why do you even advertise and sell filter which doesn't even fit the tap?? I ended up buying the right filter somewhere else and it was 30% cheaper.

Reliable and easy to install the filter works well and a great health device . Sometimes can be expensive but if you shop around and places like Winning appliances will match any online price then you can save a few dollars .
